I'm a regular on the JFK-ORY of Air France-- Back in the days before the new Terminal at Orly (Terminal 3), it took 20 minutes door-to-door if you were Sky Priority ("Acces Numero 1"), and had no luggage. This was for an arrival at Orly Ouest. Probably more like 15 even. This is "door of the aircraft to being out on the sidewalk ordering your Uber".

That said, I just flew my first ORY-JFK on AF the other day, and this departed from the new Terminal 3... which is much (much) bigger. And so, I don't have yet arrival experience for the return flight (ask me mid-July) but I suspect that there will be more walking than there was than when you were landing at Orly Ouest. So I don't think the 20 minute estimation is going to remain true, alas.
If La Companie flies out of Terminal 3, this is something to take into account

But we shall see...
