Usually yes, but not in this market. It helps UA has a monopoly on the city pair.
To be fair, it seems to be two W fares (WAA2 and WFA7) with the associated fare families (BN, ER, DN, FN, /FLX3, and whatever the /FLXT is).
It's not so much non-stop route monopolies but more to do with having a dominant hub on one end (like ORD for UA) and whether or not there is LCC competition. If you are a business flyer who only flies shorter midweek trips, you may never notice them because of the minimum stay requirements on them. That doesn't mean they don't exist. In extreme cases like DL in DTW where there is little non-stop LCC competition (DL doesn't really take NK as serious LCC competition), the vast majority of routes have roundtrip fare filings.
