I've had the same thing and it's made me unable to check in for tomorrow's flight (couldn't see any reason why). When I went back into APIS, just to be sure, it was all empty and I had to fill it out again. So it could be a BA IT issue. Didn't resolve my problem, though, so I'm assuming I have SSSS or something else to contend with tomorrow.
