You could use the Admirals Club, but as noted above by schoppen, it's in Concourse T, which is at the opposite end of the airport, so a bit of a trek. It's also extremely underwhelming, even by Admiral's Club standards. I wouldn't bother personally - in fact even on domestic flights out of T I often don't use it and opt instead to grab some food from a retail outlet.
