My brother died last Christmas. He had been not in his right mind for some time and was an amazing hoarder. I will be in Germany in September and my sister in law wants me to take his American coin collection back to the USA. I have no idea whether it is worth anything or not. He thought so but as I said, he was really not in his right mind for some years. I thought what would be the most honest thing to do was declare the total of the money when I entered Global Entry with the sum total of the money since I have no idea whether it is worth more. Is this the right thing to do?
