Yeah.. i couldn't believe it. They said they'd "email me" to notify me they had completed the change. I think it was because I had booked under the old redemption structure, so that may have been a factor, but still. Ridiculous.
RE: charge upon arrival... I"m serious when I say mentally preparing to deal with that possibility!
