I m a Platinum for 10+ years, traveling with a second Platinum (also since 10+ years). When checking seats on expert flyer, I found a couple of flights (both direction) where the load is between 5 - 8 occupied seats in J. And my experience is that the load is most of the time pretty much like on expert flyer. At least I always could choose the seat I saw empty on expert flyer when doing a booking afterwards.
