I have some sympathy, in that it's reasonable for passengers to be able to use lounge time to do things that simply aren't possible when onboard a plane. That can include sitting a baby down so a parent can free their arms.
But why take this to a paper? And what more is there to the story than we're being told? Like stu1985, I've also always found EDI staff to be courteous and professional.
