Good review, but I can’t agree that “ in terms of quality, there is very little in the UK to top it” ... these things are of course subjective, but Gleneagles, The Balmoral, Turnberry Lighthouse, Four Seasons London, Shangri La Shard, Mandarin Oriental, Corinthia to name a few come to mind...and some of those can be had significantly cheaper! Hermes toiletries are ok, but Bottega Veneta (Mandarin Oriental) are much better ��
