Bangkok is not a suitable city for running on city streets. If you want to run, Lumpini Park would be the first choice. You can walk there from St. Regis or Athenee. Benjakkiti Park would be second; that's close to SGS and Westin Grand. Benjasiri Park behind the Marquis, is too small, no serious runner would consider it satisfactory.
