The lounges will close overnight, and arranging to leave the sterile departures area may take considerable effort in terms of time (you'll need an escort and this can take upto 90 minutes to arrange).
I'd head straight out on arrival and have a good sleep at a hotel. Next day you could come back at say 9.30 for check-in. That will give you four hours to enjoy the lounges (about an hour in each).
