My fiancée was targeted for free Platinum Pro status. She’s a new AA cardholder.

Ironically, she would have been able to meet the requirements if Qatar Airlines counted towards the status challenge. Since it doesn’t she will never make it.

We have 2 domestic flights coming up to position to ORD for that Qatar flight. Given that’s it’s an hour hop. We are
flying Y as I was hoping to score an upgrade for one of us.

My question is :

Since she now has Plat Pro is her upgrade priority higher then mine as a platinum ? She only has $900 EQD currently.

i know EQD’s matter but I thought only as a tie breaker for those in the same status level.....
