Very nice agents in EZE. They apologized for the downgrade. Told me they have blocked the seat next to me (I won’t hold me breath), will provide first class service on ground such as escort through immigration and security, still have seats reserved in lounge, and 800 euros compensation voucher (they said I deal with that in FRA). I mentioned I thought it was 1000 and they said it changed, but wouldn’t give me anymore information about when. Is it ideal, no....but I’m just glad I didn’t have to ask for it.

I’ll enjoy my connection in first on A380 to PVG. Hopefully they don’t change that plane...lol.
