But if that's true, the Union will be fined tens of millions of dollars. It seems easy to prove, and persisting with such conduct while the case is before a judge would be beyond stupid. Interesting that we haven't heard anything further about the airline's lawsuit against the union. The courts are usually VERY fast in issuing an injunction (as they should be). I wonder what's going on.
