calling LH is the correct thing to do. Whenever I had that happen it needed to be fixed eventually. Depending on whether you check-in with LH or UA can make a difference. Would be very surprising to see OLCI work; last time in MUC it took the FC check-in roughly 10 minutes and 2 phone calls to fix it.
