Original Routing Credit
Hi there,
So I am *A Gold on Eva. I took a TPE/MUC flight with stopover in HK. Since my Cathay TPE/HK flight was delayed I couldn't make it to the Lufthansa HK/MUC flight. I got rerouted to a Cathay flight.
I mailed Lufthansa through their online customer service form to claim Original Routing Credit - but they basically ask me to go ask Eva Air instead, as this is where my *A account is based.
I thought they would honor the original routing credit? Any idea if I asked on the wrong place?
Not sure how this works with LH, thanks!
