No longer seeing options to make changes / cancel these bookings online on the Orbitz site. When selecting cancel I now get an error page. When selecting change the "Continue" button never becomes clickable. Can someone else who has a booking with Orbitz see if they still have the option to cancel / make changes online?
I've had issues with managing Orbitz bookings before but haven't seen this specific issue. Do I need to call in and ask them to pull up the reservation (eg. re-sync my Orbitz trip info with the current CX record)?
