Not sure if someone already posted this question. I am having trouble transferring points from Preferred to Reserve. The agent told me it could be there is already a card that transfers to my Reserve account, I used to be able to transfer between my personal and business Chase cards with no issue. Are they limiting transfers between cards now? I am aware of the same household rule. The transfer I am trying to make is within the same household/billing address, but different last names.
