The flight arrives in DAD at 7.15pm and leaves at 8.10pm.
I remember CX having a fairly generous check-through policy for separate CX tickets, check their website, or the CX forum on flyertalk (there should be a thread).
If you are overnighting or have extra time at HKG you can use the left luggage service landside between T1/T2.
