Did you buy a new 5n package with certificate and air miles and charge you the full package price? Or did they swap out a certificate for residual value and repurchased at residual value? And four points Singapore increased in category so (guessing) if it was a 7n cat 4 converts to a 5n cat 5 as a wash (and if this is the case you got a great agent to swap it out for you)
