That should be enough time, although it's worth noting that the Immigration & Customs/SAG queues have been unusually long (this based on my recent experience, which is two arrivals this year so far). This may be due to the fact that they recently opened additional international gates as part of the airport expansion project, but have not (yet) expanded capacity to receive more international passengers.

One hint, when you come down the escalator into the Immigration hall, as a US passport holder you will be routed to the queue for non-Chileans. Very often, the lineup for Chilean residents is much shorter. I often slip in there; they don't check carefully and I haven't been turned back yet by an agent for being in the wrong line.

Bottom line, I think you've got time especially if you don't have any checked luggage.
