No experience with S7 but that's the case with all major USA, Western European as well as Asian airlines. Each transaction posted to credit card has ticket number(s) list as reference. Hence, each ticket, not PNR, posts as one transaction. The exception is when you purchase a tour package from TA where tickets are sold as bulk and not priced individually.
