The coach should be a reasonably quick option - except afternoon into evening on bank holiday Monday. Weekend travellers returning to London will make the M4/A4 a car park at that time, and there is no longer a bus lane for the coach to whiz along...
But arriving into London is not such a problem, it's mainly people wanting to catch their flights who are in a rush.
