Long time lurker, first time contributor to this huge forum. We recently went on our trip to Tokyo, and we flew Singapore Airlines. We love not using the Book the Cook service this time, and had Kaiseki on the plane.
Previously we flew with Japan Airlines from Melbourne twice, and there was only Ramen, weird that Japan Airlines would not serve Kaiseki at 30,000 feet. (Maybe it's just our route)
