maybe a little true but I've asked american to help out since they are the ones I bought the ticket from and it's an AA flight number which iberia has said that AA has to request the seats and they are refusing to do so. So this is ameicans fault. They also have the option of moving us flights to take care of the issue and they are refusing to do that.
