They will make the booking and send you an email confirmation. You'll then need to call Lifemiles during office hours within the specified window (usually 24-48 hours IME). They'll take payment over the phone.
Just called them, they mentioned they are facing some server issues. So told me to call again. I might just drop them an email in the meantime.
