The Uber receipt shows the full fare charged. It may be paid via a credit card, Uber credits (including gift cards) or some combination including different cards for fare vs tip.
Unless your employer requires use of a corporate card, why would they care what method of payment you use?
Now promotion discounts ... yes, those can’t be expensed because you haven’t paid that sum. Those discounts such as Platinum price protection show as a discount, different than payment via an Uber credit.
