Possible Schedule Reduction- Now What?

Booked Non-stop flights from EWR to GUA Nov. 28- Dec. 3 (UA1207 and UA1208). Non-stop seasonal service was bookable starting on November 27- now, the first bookable flight from EWR to GUA is December 4. UA acknowledges this, but my original flights are still showing as booked and valid. Phone reps were uninformed, only admitting something was going to happen, but they were unsure as to when. Does anyone have an internal way of checking what's actually going on with these flights? Or, in past experience, after a flight is no longer bookable, how long until I'm notified it's officially cancelled? Also, is there any official policy as to rebooking to a completely different timeframe when a scheduled non-stop (the only non-stop, in this case), is cancelled? If I can't do these non-stop flights, I'll lose 2 days of work and would instead prefer to go in July. Is this feasible?
