Exit Row 39 swaps on UA 777-200 HD?

Didn't see this an any other thread.
The UA route from EWR-SFO uses a 777-200 HD with one version (four) that has just two seats in exit row 39 and another version (five) that has three across. Has anyone flown in 39 B or K, which are supposedly aisles in the two-across version, only to get the versions swapped and found yourself in the middle seat? I know it's always possible, but just curious if it happens frequently.
Also wondering how bothersome the lavatory proximity is to those seats.
