I know search is my friend but I just can’t find the answer.
I have an AAdvantage Executive World Elite MasterCard which has always gotten me access to the AC even when flying another airline. Haven’t used it for that scenario since early last year. I know AC membership now requires travel on AA to use the lounge but I can’t find any information on this applying to the WE card. I’ll be traveling on DL arriving in RDU in the early morning and I’d like to use the AC shower there as I’ve done before (the DL SkyClub which I have access to doesn’t have a shower). The Lounge Buddy app says I have access but it hasn’t always been fully accurate.

Does the WE card still grant holders AC access even when on another carrier?
