There is no doubt BA know exactly what they are doing here. And at £5 I think most would expect a cup of tea. It's designed to mislead....
from your description I thought so too, but having now seen how it is laid out I would disagree. Could it be clearer, of course. Is it misleading? Not in my opinion. Do I think BA has done it deliberately to upset customers, no that would make terrible business sense.
