If the Hyatt Prive program doesn't actually respond to an upgrade request within 24 hours (through the TA, of course), what is a reasonable time to wait for a response before canceling and booking elsewhere? I would like to stay at a particular property, but if I can't get the upgrade, I'd rather move on to another property and I don't want to wait so long that the room category we want at the other property disappears.
