Have booked a business ticket for July on AC on HEL-CPH-YYZ-YQT. The YYZ-YQT leg is on Air Canada Rouge and we had booked seats in business (P). Today I received an e-mail from AC, we have been downgraded on Rouge, no explanation or solution provided. The flight we are on (A321) does not seem to have business class any longer, any ideas on if we can request compensation? Booked in business, would also have preferred to fly business...
