i get it if you’re trying to sleep or if there’s glare (or lighting) but 90% of the time, that’s not the case. I see a lot, people quickly hopping in the window seat and immediately shutting the shade while the plane is loading (and I sit in the exit row 90% of the time). And it stays like that all flight.

Most of the time there’s no sleeping, no sun glare, or nothing spooky outside. They just shut it to shut it. I say, if you’re going to do that, sit in an aisle.

I like aitting in the aiale and having rhe shade open, unless bright. Haha. I like it both ways.
