No, but there are also reports online that it has been under renovation the last few weeks, sometimes closed, sometimes with more limited space. If you happen to be flying out of one of the LH spokes, the LH lounges after security are pretty nice (like most LH outpost lounges), but UA does not normally fly out of those.
