I heard from my concierge:
"Good morning! I am sorry but at this property children up to five years is free and 6-12 years is 50% off the rate so they would not be free and it is for up to two adults and two children in the room but some hotels have restrictions on age and if they charge.
I am sorry that I don't have better answers for you and please enjoy your stay."
I find this to be in direct contradiction to what my globalist benefits should be. I'm sorry you may think that kids shouldn't be in the lounge but this is part of the reason I value being a globalist so that when I do go on vacation I can bring my kids and we can enjoy ourselves. My kids are well behaved and we don't bother anyone.
I am severely disappointed.
