Hi All,

I gave my TUMI sheppard backpack for engraving and since then it has gotten out of shape. The top from portion of the bag is pressed inside.
Have any of you faced this issue?

I spoke to customer care, sent my backpack in for repair and they say it is "normal" and cannot be repaired.

Please see the picture and tell me if it "normal", or are they just making excuses.
