If you refer to the chart, OC9 has a refund value of 165K, which means the agent would cancel your OC9 and refund you 165k points to your account, than request/purchase a NC7 for 315k points. Therefore, you would need to pay the difference which is 150k points (315k - 165k)
Interesting. The difference between NC6 and NC 7 is only 10,000 per night. But the 7-night NC7 and NC6 certificate has a difference of 150k, making the NC7 7-night certificate very unattractive to convert to.
