Can you imagine how difficult it will be for UA to try and win back all the customers who are leaving now, once there's a recession and the seats aren't quite as easily sold for these ridiculous prices [coupled with diminishing service] we're seeing now?
What is the saying again about the cost of keeping a customer vs. [re]gaining a customer?
