Upon trying this the agent came back saying that I needed an incremental 150K points to convert to NC7. I can see this is the delta in the surrender values in the wiki now(315K vs 165K). Is 150K accurate or am I missing something or is the agent missing something. Thanks in advance for any light anyone can shine on this. 150K is a steep price to convert/upgrade and likely not worth it for me.
Yeah unfortunately I think the agent might be right.

If you refer to the chart, OC9 has a refund value of 165K, which means the agent would cancel your OC9 and refund you 165k points to your account, than request/purchase a NC7 for 315k points. Therefore, you would need to pay the difference which is 150k points (315k - 165k)
