Lussac

We are thinking about a trip to NZ via Singapore in August and we will be travelling Suites from Paris CDG to SIN but the onward flight has no First Class so was wondering if we can still use the First Class lounge in SIN or will we be restricted to the Business Class Lounge? We have an 11 hour wait between flights, the onward flight is in Business Class.
