First get everything on hold. Then call AA to stitch it together. I’d be surprised if you find domestic saaver space. Ultimately for different starting cities you will likely need to split the reservation. Do that only when you find the initial segments with availability.

I just did a version of this both directions through Doha and it worked pretty well.
