If you're not connecting onwards at LAX, highly unlikely you'll get lounge access at LAX. In general, you don't get lounge access on arrival at your final destination, with the exception being if you're arriving on a premium transcon flight (e.g., JFK-LAX). Also, I don't think any lounge at LAX is worth sitting around for 3-4 hours after midnight.
