All I know is the view's better with the blinds up! 64 and 62 are great seats. At the margins some pluses and minuses between each. I don't care for the wing/engines blocking part of my view every flight and tend to 62K on westbounds to the west of North America, but certainly I was happy to be in 64K for a go around one time.
