I did indeed reply with a cut and paste of their own T&Cs and this morning I received the approval. I'll put Skoosh in the "maybe" column, since I think the second agent, to his credit, recognised that coming up with a second excuse could lead to a strong case with a consumer ombudsman type... (as well as annoy the guest)
