Is KLM 24 hour cancellation until midnight next day?
Is KLM's 24 hour cancellation policy (for flights from the US to Europe) same as Delta's, whereby one has the time to cancel the ticket until midnight of next day?
I bought a ticket at 3pm yesterday, but would like to cancel today at 5pm. Would that still qualify for a full refund?
The reason I am asking is because I found another flight today with service to another city. The ticket is more expensive, and would like to purchase that one instead.
I called Delta, and they told me that KLM has the same policy. I reached out to KLM, and I received different responses. The first phone agent told me that it's 24 hours from the time of purchase. Anything beyond 24 hours is ineligible. I received the same response from the WhatsApp team. However, the second agent talked to his supervisor, and told me that as long as it's cancelled the next day, meaning today, I am eligible for a full refund.
Does anyone know what the answer is?
