If you only purchased the airline ticket, no additional points are due. There is no "4X Bonus", it's 4 points per dollar
total, and that's what you received.
In simple terms:
3 base points + 1 bonus point if buying BA, IB, EI, LV
1 base point + 3 bonus points if buying anything else
