Still haven't gotten the 2 upgrade certs at 80,000 points, after having flagged that like a month ago. The initial explanation by the Hyatt representative was that I didn't have the required number of nights. When I sent her the T&C stating that at 80k points you should also get it, I was told she would look into it. That was probably a couple of weeks ago or so. Seems to me like the initial plan was to make it dependent only on nights, and that is what the IT programmed. Now they don't know how to deal with it when someone gets the points first.
Not that it matters too much to me personally right now, as I am not traveling for a couple of months and haven't even used any of the original 4 upgrade certs.
