And more question coming - who are financing it, under what terms, what are repayment options and timeframe, how would the affect existing traffic (car/bus/air/rail), how much would be the retail price of journey for passengers and time would it take and so on.

The thing is - except front page articles at Straight Times, you would not be able to find in open sources detailed and/or third-party analyses of this or pretty much any other big-ticket projects. Singapore government approach is 'it is for your own good, we know it better'.
Yeah. The independent analysis is lacking - at least in some other countries they present the findings and then still go ahead Like the UK high speed rail
