The hardware seems quite nice from the pictures. Normally you should not be getting points AND free breakfast. Most hotels should however be able to change MyWay on the spot to give you free breakfast. For a brand new hotel I think I would give them a pass for now - it is normal that not everything is up to speed but should not detract future guests from staying there, once they have more experience under their belt.
Regarding the lack of upgrade this is standard at the HGI brand. Upgrades should not be expected at any HGI as they are not covered by the Diamond upgrade program - I would not blame them for that. If they want to upgrade they are free to go above and beyond the rules but when I am not upgraded at HGI I don't mind... it's different than if I am not upgraded at Hilton when rooms are available.
Finally, prices for dry cleaning: I do not think it's particularly out of line for Switzerland hotel standards, no?
